Andrew Scott started in the glass and glazing industry in 1986 and has acquired, built and exited several companies including fabricators, installers, trade-counters and glass processing.
He was instrumental in the turnaround of Cambrian Windows, a fabricator facing closure that went from £1m to £12m annual revenue in 4 years, before being acquired by U.S. based Masco.
Today Andrew is founder of the Ascot Group and the Construction Marketing Group, where he launched and scaled several 7-figure companies simultaneously and employing 90 people from an HQ near Bristol. He sold one of his companies in 2023 to Richard Harpin, who built and sold Homeserve for £4.1 billion.
Andrew is a regular key-note speaker, consultant and advisor on business strategy and growth, using his own hands-on experience of acquiring, building and selling multiple companies.
