Long-standing Purplex client wins Customer Care Initiative of the Year
Long-time Purplex client Roseview is celebrating this month after walking away with Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the prestigious G Awards.
The respected fabricator, known throughout the industry for its unparalleled sash window expertise, wowed judges with its far-reaching commitment to customer support.
The firm hasn’t just invested extensively in high-quality point of sales materials and a dedicated showroom in the past year – it’s also opened a pioneering sash window training school, designed to educate installers about what’s become a highly lucrative product area.
The scheme is the brainchild of Roseview MD and sash window veteran Willie Kerr, and consists of a range of half-day courses that teach customers how best to survey for and install uPVC sash windows, as well as give them a thorough knowledge of the three core products that make up Roseview’s celebrated Rose Collection.

Earlier this year, Purplex marked its fifth anniversary with Roseview. The Olney-based fabricator has taken advantage of Purplex’s market-leading PR, web design and digital marketing services in that time, and continues to be one of its biggest customers.
