Andrew Scott’s business growth webinar sessions attracted more than 300 founders, managing directors, and senior decision-makers from across the UK, as business leaders looked for clarity in an increasingly complex market.

Hosted by Andrew Scott, who leads Purplex Marketing as our Managing Director, the webinar focused on practical strategies for sustainable growth, cutting through theory and addressing the real challenges business owners face when scaling.

Drawing on experience from acquiring, building, and exiting more than 15 companies, Andrew shared the frameworks he has used repeatedly to help leadership teams improve focus, decision-making, and long-term value. The session explored how structured thinking, rather than reactive tactics, plays a central role in profitable growth.

Key themes included Andrew’s purpose–plan–execute approach, the importance of brand and customer trust, and the risks businesses face when they attempt to scale without discipline. Attendees were also introduced to Andrew’s four strategies for the growth model, alongside common mistakes that can stall progress at critical stages.

The webinar also addressed the growing role of AI in business growth. Andrew explained how AI can support revenue generation and operational efficiency when used strategically, while warning against over-reliance on automation without clear leadership and commercial intent.

Following the session, attendees were invited to book a complimentary two-hour growth workshop with the Purplex team to explore how the principles discussed could be applied within their own organisations. Due to demand, many sessions have already been secured.

A further Andrew Scott business growth webinar will take place on Wednesday, 25 February at 11.00 am, continuing the focus on practical leadership, scalable growth models, and decision-making in uncertain conditions.
